Fantastic Vintage Pendleton Navy, Green, Fuschia and Black plaid wrap skirt with leather and gold buckles at hip. No tarnish on the gold buckle or wear/cracks on the leather. Button tab waistband with darts for fit. The leading edge of skirt has a raw, frayed edge. Pre-loved; in excellent condition. Tag says Petite 14. Fits like a 6.
