Ganni blouse in Black & Khaki plaid with fine metallic silver thread detail. Ruffle neck with sash tie closure at front. The top was originally a long sleeve blouse, but I had the sleeves shortened and added elastic to create a short balloon sleeve - see picture of original garment in photos.
