Authentic Vintage Scottish kilt-style midi skirt in green, blue and black tartan plaid. Traditional wrap construction with velcro waist and two adjustable black leather buckle straps. Fringed overlap edge and deep pleating for movement and fullness. This is a Vintage item, and the adjustable waist will give it some size variance.
